• TRACK - Available on all Fermod manual
  and automatic track systems for
  example 2120, 2320, 2420, 3530, 8000,
  4440 & 7530 dependant on the weight and intended application
• TYPE - Suitable for ambient (AMB),
  chill (CH), freezer (FRZ) and blast freezer (BFZ) applications

Frame & Door surround channel options

• Anodised aluminium finish (standard)
• Resin thermally broken surround channels as standard on low temperature applications

Frame type

• Face mounted complete with door reveal linings, nylon fixing bolts and floor guide fixing bolts

Heaters

• Low voltage frame and threshold heaters supplied as standard on all low
  temperature doors
• Heaters can also be incorporated within the door leaf if so required

Gasket

• Fermod single / double row depending on track selection and temperature
  application

Insulated core

• 40mm, 80mm, 100mm or 150mm thick polyurethane
• 40mm, 80mm, 100mm or 150mm thick PIR
• 40mm, 80mm or 100mm thick non combustible mineral wool

Door leaf finish

• White Foodsafe laminate internal and external (standard)
• Full range of Corus HP200, HPS200 & PVF2 standard steels
• Stainless Steel
• PVC or GRP

Locks

• Full Fermod range all with internal safety release
• Hasp and staple with internal safety release

• Vision panel single or dual glazed polycarbonate
