Designated use: Pitched roofs and new and renovated buildings

- The panels are fixed to the roof-support structure using tailor-made screws.I
- It's advisable to insert an extra swelling strip (or a silicone or butyl strip) between the panels, in both the longitudinal and lateral overlaps. Along the underside of the panel, the seams are made watertight using a white or clear silicone.
- All the finishing parts can be had in the same colour as the panels.
- For laying and fixing Permapan the same instructions apply as those for the sandwich panels. (See previous chapter).
- The maximum length of the Permapan panels is 8.40mm. If the roof pitch is longer than 8.40m, 2 panels should be used with a lap joint. Clearly state, on your order, whether the sheets are to overlap each other and also state the spacing between the purlins.
Advantages:
- a very good insulating value (U-value: 0.498 W/m²K)
- an attractive design and finished to a T
- a low self-weight (12.7kg/m²)
- a light roof-support structure will do.
- a complete vapour barrier on the underside
- no underroof required
- quick and easy to install on either a wooden or metallic bearing structure
Minimum end lap 50mm.
